How Terri has helped others. . . .

Hi, I’m Terri Hamman and I help Christian women who want to growth in their faith while also improving their health so they can grow closer to God and live the life He intended for us all.

I have worked as a fitness and life coach for dozens of women over the years, seeking to transform their hopes into reality. It’s not enough for a sports team to have great players. They need a coach to help them plan, practice, and unlock their fullest potential. Two are better than one. And if one falls down, the other is there to lift them up. (Ecclesiastes 4)

An Attitude of Gratitude is a matter of the Heart! So, let’s come together and ask God to develop and strengthen an attitude of gratitude not only this Thanksgiving season but everyday of our lives. So, I invite to join me today!
